Ophthalmic lenses are packed in color-printed lens covers (offset
printing), one lens cover for each piece. Several lenses in a small
box (size L 170mm x W 90mm x H 90mm). 24 boxes in a standard
export carton (size L 390mm x W 365mm x H 300mm). Total gross
weight of each carton is 13 - 23 kgs. If necessary, a Packing Details
List will be submitted by the Seller after shipment showing products
and powers in each number of carton and each number of box. |

In order to make it easy for all relevant parties to handle the goods, usually the Seller’s invoice number is shown on each carton as shipping mark, provided no more instruction from the Buyer. |

Lenses can be packed in the Seller’s general lens covers which are shown in this Purchase Guide (without mentioning the Seller’s information) free of charge.
Provided quantity of each lens cover design in each shipment not less than 5,000 pairs (10,000 pieces), the Seller can also pack lenses with the Buyer’s
appointed lens covers free of charge; otherwise the Seller will charge extra cost of USD100.00 for each design. The Buyer is suggested to make their own
design according to the following shape, size and gluing process.
The Buyer is welcome to send its own lens cover design to the Seller
through CD, DVD or e-mail and the Seller will make necessary art
work to improve or complete the design free of charge. The files can
be edited under personal computer (PC system) with Macromedia
Freehand 10, Adobe PageMaker 6.5, Adobe Illustrator CS2 or Corel
Draw 12, resolution should be not less than 300 dpi and suggested
lens cover size is 90mm x 90mm. The Buyer is not suggested to
send files created or edited under Mac system.
Provided the Buyer is not familiar with the above software, they can
submit lens cover samples, designs, logo, graphics, descriptions
and company information, the Seller will make art work free of
charge. Any revised lens cover design will be sent to the Buyer in
graphic format through e-mail for their approval before printing. |

All-way protection is developed for protecting lenses since coating
completed in our factory, the protection covers all the way from
surface printing, packing, shipping, distributing, inspecting, edging,
grooving and drilling in optical shops. It also prevents lens from
moisture. Protection film can be removed easily after edging, groov
ing and drilling in optical shop, so lenses are protected all the way
from scratches and dots perfectly before fixing into frames. All
hard-coated and HMC+EMI progressive finished lenses made by
Y&S are protected with all-way protection free of charge. The protection is also applicable for other plastic hard-coated and HMC+EMI
lenses with extra cost of USD0.20/pair. |

Bar code on each lens cover is available with extra cost of USD0.01/piece (USD0.02/pair). The Buyer needs to submit its bar code data in details. The system
can create bar code in the following formats. If no special requirement from the Buyer, Code 128 format will be used. Bar code label size is 70mm x 20mm. |
